NUStyle Bazaar & NUStyle Awareness Week 2014

NUStyle Awareness week is happening from 20 – 24 January 2014 and NUSSU Bizcom has organized a slew of exciting activities all around campus from 10am – 5.30pm. Students can expect to receive freebies sponsored by some of NUStyle’s partners as well as participate in a wide array of games. Some of the activities include a “Hong Bao Lucky Dip” where students can stand to win attractive prizes simply after filling up a short feedback form at their booths.

Student group of the week

NUS Motoring Club.

NUS Motoring Club specializes in creating exposure of motorsports and automotive events for the NUS community and the youth at large. They also possess a strong belief of exposing people to safe and responsible motoring and motorsports at a young age as this will help them to be more confident and mature drivers in the future. They also aim to promote a sustainable and popular youth motorsports and motoring culture in Singapore.

The club will be resuming their monthly Basic Karting Clinic in 2014, starting from 25th January and the event is open to the public as well. Details are as follows:

            Date: 25th January 2014
            Time: 9am – 6pm
            Venue: Plentong Karting Curcuit, Johore, Malaysia
            Cost: $70nett per pax
The cost includes 2-way transport to the circuit from NUS and 2 karting sessions. 

***Remember to bring your passport on the day itself!***

No driving license or background in karting is required!
